How it works

Your certification process, simplified

Six clear stages—from first conversation to certificate—so your teams always know the next milestone and what “ready” means.

1

Application & consultation

You share your organization profile, sites, and certification goals. We clarify scope, applicable standards, and timing. You receive a tailored proposal with deliverables, responsibilities, and a realistic roadmap.

2

Documentation & planning

We align leadership on context, interested parties, and risks. Required policies, process maps, and records take shape. Your document control approach is established so auditors can navigate evidence quickly.

3

Implementation

Teams operationalize the system: training, operational controls, monitoring, and corrective action routines. We coach process owners and verify that activities match documented methods.

4

Internal audit

An independent internal audit validates conformity and identifies improvement opportunities. Findings are addressed before external auditors arrive, reducing surprises and strengthening maturity.

5

Certification audit

Stage 1 reviews documentation and readiness; Stage 2 evaluates implementation in the field. BMJ supports logistics, interviews, and evidence retrieval so the audit focuses on facts—not confusion.

6

Certification issued

After successful closure of any findings, your certificate is issued subject to scheme rules. We help you plan surveillance cadence, management review inputs, and how to onboard new sites or processes.
